Hydrangea love

I am currently making the Hydrangea blanket from attic 24, and I am loving it. The colours are so lovely and comforting. I am especially in love with the duck egg, mushroom and parma violet colour yarn.

The pattern is simple and gives such a lovely texture. I just love squeezing and stroking it. 

I am about half way through now (48 of 88 stripes) and can sit under it while I work, which is great on cold days. I look forward to getting home and having some time to work on it.
