Home with another migraine

I have another migraine, I get them most days lately but today is a level red one, that is to say I am unable to work or do much of anything. My scale goes:

Blue - No pain

Green - Murmur (not feeling right, light pain)

Yellow - Pain but pills work

Orange - Pain and pills only just working

Red - Meltdown, pills not working

I get one or two reds a month, a few blues and greens but lately its mostly yellows. I spend my life on pills trying to operate, and I don't like it. And today I am home, staying very still hoping the pain, nausea, and dizziness will pass soon.
